You can use the same address for account-access questions or to make a privacy request. We may ask for reasonable information to verify that the account belongs to you before disclosing or changing personal information.
Response times
We aim to acknowledge customer-support messages within two working days. Complex order or privacy enquiries may take longer, and any statutory response deadline continues to apply.
