Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use IMAGINERY or order a personalised storybook or keepsake. They do not limit rights that UK consumer law gives you.

IMAGINERY is operated by WONDRLY LIMITED, registered in England and Wales under company number 17284508, with registered office at Beechwood, Bridle Way, Croydon, England, CR0 5AH. Contact us at imagineryuk@gmail.com. You must be at least 18 to create an account or place an order.
Your content and instructions
You must have permission to submit every drawing, image, name and story detail you provide, including authority from a parent or guardian where it relates to a child. You grant us a limited licence to use that material only as needed to provide, support and secure the service. You remain responsible for checking names, choices, previews and delivery details before payment.
Personalised and AI-assisted products
Our products are personalised and use generative technology. Previews are representative; natural creative variations may appear in the final story or artwork. We do not promise that generated content will be unique. We may reject unlawful, harmful or infringing material and will not use a child’s drawing to create prohibited content.
Orders and payment
Product descriptions, the total price, tax where applicable, delivery method and any shipping charge are shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe in pounds sterling. Your order is accepted when we confirm it after successful payment. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund the affected amount to the original payment method.
Delivery
Digital storybooks are delivered after production is complete. Softcover delivery is normally estimated at 7–10 working days and hardcover delivery at 10–14 working days. These are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. Physical delivery timing can be affected by the destination, carrier, customs or events outside our reasonable control. You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
Cancellation and digital supply
Personalised physical goods are generally excluded from the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right once production starts. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described. For digital content, we ask for your express agreement before production and supply begin immediately. Once the download is supplied after that agreement and acknowledgement, the 14-day cancellation right is lost. If that consent is not given, your statutory cancellation right remains available as required by law.
Problems, refunds and complaints
Contact us promptly with your order reference if an item is damaged, faulty, incorrect or not delivered. We may request reasonable evidence and will provide the remedy required by consumer law, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; your bank’s processing time is outside our control. Complaints can be sent to the support email above.
Ownership and permitted use
You retain rights you hold in submitted material. Subject to third-party rights and these terms, you may use the finished personalised product for personal, non-commercial purposes. IMAGINERY’s software, designs, branding, templates and production methods remain ours or our licensors’ property.
Responsibility and governing law
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or lack of reasonable care. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for business losses arising from consumer use. English law applies, and consumers may bring proceedings in the courts available to them under mandatory consumer law in their part of the UK.
Changes
We may update these terms for future use of the service. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.
